Pull out sofa is extremely hard and old

Bed was super comfortable.

Facilities in need of updates. Room not ready at 3pm like advertised. Said they would restock snacks daily and that did not happen. Not so much about any of it (except I do love an updated facility) but more about doing what you say you will do---honesty goes a long way.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean

Nice room with a living room, very comfortable the bed was great

While I was taking a shower the water got cold so cold I had to wait for a while before restarting it for some hot water

Everything can't wait to come again

The breakfast was outstanding and the hotel was very nice. I had to take care of some business needs and the staff was helpful and offer a solution to address my need. In addition, my dad suddenly got ill which required me to arrive later them my friend accompanying me on this trip and the worked out an option which allow them to smoothly check in without me being there. This was a big help and eliminated stress on our end. I will definitely stay at the Embassy Suite Buckhead the next time I visit ATL.

Everything was really nice. I especially love the free breakfast it was hot and there was a variety of different things to chose from. I will return again because it was really comfortable and clean.... Love love love.

the whole experience was awful. Everything about the hotel. Ive stayed the multiple of times. I tried to get a refund and the wouldn't give me one.

We stayed on one of the top floors ....what an outstanding view of Buckhead! Nice free breakfast was a plus nice common areas

Room looked ok at first glance but looking a little closer you can see some wear and tear hair in the bathroom was kind of gross

The $22 a night parking fee--in a dark lot under the building with tight spaces and stairs to go to the elevator (not good when you have bags). This is not the amount on the booking page and made the "bargain" the same price as the location we usually stayed at the same.
